When I started thinking about building a swimwear brand it was important for me to design swimwear for real people and body shapes. We want to promote body positivity, focusing on how incredible your body is rather than what it looks like. We are so much more than our looks so next time you are buying a new swimsuit, instead of focusing on how you feel in front of the mirror, imagine the feeling of being in the ocean, surrounded by friends on the beach or in a pool. We promise that none of our images are touched up or edited - all the swimwear is modelled by our founder or by our customers!
Surfing is incredibly fun and is a great activity to do with friends or on holiday. As we got more involved with the surfing community we realised that there were many more benefits, both mentally and physically, than just having a good time.
Surfing is just one of the water-based activities that has a positive impact on your mental wellbeing and falls under ‘blue health’. This is the idea that exposure to ‘blue spaces’, such as the ocean, has a beneficial effect on mental and emotional wellbeing. Read on below for more mental and physical benefits of surfing...

We've partnered with KUKUI to bring you all things yoga and surf, from retreats to yoga tips for you to do at home.
Surfing demands a lot from your body and yoga is brilliant for loosening up the body after (or before) your session.KUKUIhas shared with us their favourite yoga poses that focus on opening the chest, stretching out the spine and lengthening out your hamstrings. Surfing can leave your body feeling tight and stiff so even five minutes of yoga can help relieve soreness!
